Weighing in at 150kg or 320lb without vices and other hardware, this is a very solid and robust work bench. Made entirely from CNC cut components, it can be purchased in kit form or fully assembled. It’s key features are:

• Work bench top, legs, stretchers and ends made from laminated birch ply with a 72mm thickness for weight & rigidity
• 19mm chamfered holes pre-cut on the bench top, front top stretcher, legs and sliding deadman. With the use of pegs, dogs and hold-fasts, work can be clamped and supported securely
• Sliding deadman for supporting work of different lengths on the front face of the bench
• Dovetail joints between long stretchers and legs, mortise and tenon joints between legs and end stretchers
• Recesses for face and end vice cut reading for quick installation
• Adjustable hockey puck feet provide a bench top height of 850-900mm to suit the user, and can be used for leveling out on uneven floors
• The bench top can be unbolted from the base for transportation
